After a productive week or so with Dr Alexander Hayes in his charming rock pile located in Laroque, Herault 34190, France, we delivered the first working iteration of the pollee app using Base 44 as an AI development tool. The result is a functioining model of the app with most of the required attributes active. While in development the transaction layer that actions the transfer of the 55c from member to Constituency has been disabled until the formation of the initial pollee entity (Co-operative or Incorporated Association?)

There was also a development of the specification and requirements for the DLD (Dedicated Ledger Device) that is the backbone of the distributed ledger / AI model proposed in the paper that explains and underwrites all the development. This paper Democracy Now! has been lodged with Figshare DOI https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.34046958 along with a shorter version - The Whitepaper DOI https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.34001442 These papers were created, edited and contributed to by Supercool AI, Claude AI and some layout tweaking from Gemini AI. The development of these documents was truly collaborative effort by these services based on the prompts provided by A.Chambers using earlier works as source material.

What now needs to occur is the establishment of the legal entity to administer and distribute the app. Coming soon.
